Permanent formwork, commonly known as ICF, most often uses two well-known materials in the market: polystyrene and concrete. Styrofoam has been known since the 1950s, and currently it is a widely used insulation material in our market. On the other hand, concrete is one of the most popular building materials in modern construction industry.
The technology of permanent formwork is the use of a set of hollow blocks made of insulating material. The formwork elements are put together like blocks, thus building all the walls, and shaping the door and window openings. After they are filled with concrete, they become an integral part of the building.

The method of construction is very simple and fast, and the construction is very durable thanks to the use of a concrete core. The construction of one storey takes only two days! The lack of disassembly of the structure is also its advantage.
